Location is perfect. Close to MRT, bus stops, Taipei 101 etc

I stayed in this property 3 years ago and in my last stay this time around, I feel like the property deteriorated. Only 1 elevator was working and it had a foul smell. They used to offer breakfast too but now not anymore.

The location was very good. The elder who must have been the owner that was waiting outside was very helpful with helping me check in. The staff let me store my bag after check out too. The elder also showed me where the free water was too.

I asked for a vacuum but they couldn't let me borrow it. I guess it's due to the type of hotel, but please make sure to bring a little mini vacuum if you need to vacuum seal your bags.

Clean hotel. Extremely nice and helpful reception. Perfect location, close to main city locations and also to the public transportation.

The sound proofing in most rooms is very poor. The windows need refreshment; the room was too noisy. The reception accepted to change my room. But I had to change it twice, which was not convenient. The breakfast was just "sufficient". Again not that convenient as it was served in a close-by café (with very limited choices).

I like the location of the hotel, it’s near the Taipei 101 and train station. And the building is earthquake proof since we experienced the 7.0 magnitude during are stay and we feel safe

Staff members did very well to cope with my requests about room arrangement. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the Taipei 101 metro station and is located in a convenient place. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

There is no lobby in the hotel. I had to go out to get breakfast at a cafe, although the breakfast was not bad. The safe was at the bottom of the cabin and was very inconvenient to use. It was impossible to read the instructions as the room was a little dark. The hotel was a little expensive.

It was clean and nice location. They kept our luggage till 2 pm

The room is so small. The room with the window - there is no view.

- The public area are dirty, lift have terrible smell like someone has weed - Room is small- Breakfast venue is not located inside the building, need to walk to another venue- 3x more expensive than the normal price maybe I came for an event- No services at all- Hotel is next to the main road but the windows are not noise resistant

Location was excellent - minutes walking to Taipei 101, WTC, and metro and buses. Hotel is clean albeit rooms are quite small. Value for money, would stay again.

Breakfast is pathetic. Need to go to a nearby cafe, where you get two slices of bread and a vegan patty (if you are vegetarian) and an americano/tea. Nothing else is allowed. Hotel's room cleaning was unreliable. On multiple days, used cups were not replaced or tea/coffee not replenished.

The hotel is located very close to the International Conference Center, main source of interest for booking in this hotel. Self check-in and self check-out is also a plus.

The room was without any windows. Sounds from neighboring rooms was also problematic. The internet was randomly going off, problematic when working from the room. No desk was present in the room.

Location was excellent; hotel was very basic but it had what you need. They hold bags for you which is nice.

Thermostat didn’t work in my unit. No a/c or heat or fan. Not a deal breaker but in summer, whoa. I was only there a couple days and weather was fine so I didn’t want to hassle with changing rooms or anything. My fault but these things should be checked before.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the stay offered good value for money. The room provided a beautiful view of the city skyline, including the iconic Taipei 101 building.

The staff were quite kind and they also made it easy to store my luggage before check in and after check out.

The room I was in was ridiculously unhygienic. The bathroom had mold all in the shower and on the ceiling while the bedroom had a huge crack in the ceiling above the AC and the bedsheet had a ton of stains (both black and yellowish). Also, about 15 minutes before checkout time they kept calling my room (about 5 times in 15 minutes) to remind me we were getting close to check out time. Even though I answered and said I would be ready by 11AM, they kept calling since it was automated. I was out of the room by 10:59AM so there really was no need to bombard me with calls when I am getting ready to leave.

The red light above the bed really lit op the room. It was a windowless room so this could've been part of the safety lighting system. The bed was small for 2 people and very bouncy causing the slightest movement from the other to wake you up.

Great location. Staff was super kind, polite and considered: 10/10.

The shower was impasible to manage. It didn’t stayed fixed, worst system EVER. Electrical outlets are very close to light switches, very inconvenient.
